Pura Juice Bar

Pura juice bar is a city centre juice bar.
Formed from an empty retail shell.
Serving premium products on the high street required a premium experience for customers.

First of all the space was subdivided to public and private area’s.
The public area consisted of a servery and retail area, dining seating for 50 and access to toilet facilities.
The Private area included for a fully fitted kitchen prep, dry store, office and refuse storage.
The Servery counters where designed specifically for this unit and operation and manufactured by a specialist manufacturer in Portugal.

BBID worked with the clients nominated directs and brought in a number of specialist to the project. We designed the layout of the unit and developed the layout of the servery under several consultations in order to maximise the space, the operation and more importantly the products. BBID directed the client to a number of retailing and marketing possibilities and implemented them throughout the scheme.

The juice offer is embellished with other quality and healthy products. Fresh soups are prepared on the site and marketed in the colder seasons.

The colour scheme and ambiance where toned down from the usual juice bar acid colours to a more mellow range. We felt these colours conducive to slowing down the dining experience and enjoying it.

The philosophy of the experience was to encourage more sales from an informed customer rather than rely on a fast serve transient trade of juice alone. It was important to incorporate the brand DNA within all of the design details and specifications.
